”Artères en transformation” program: Get a subsidy payment

Were you declared eligible for the “Artères en transformation” subsidy program? Learn how to get a payment of the program’s financial assistance.

The subsidy is paid in one instalment after all work is complete.

Required documents

1. Download, complete and sign the End of Construction Notice form (in French)

2. Gather the following documents in electronic format:

  • A copy of work-related invoices
  • Proof of payment of all invoices
  • A copy of the construction permit and related proof of payment
  • Photos of renovated spaces and photos of the building facade

3. Consult the Guide of Charter of the French language declaration (in French) and complete the Charter of the French language declaration form (in French) along with the certificate, attestation of application or attestation of registration, as applicable.

4. Send all by e-mail.
