Check your eligibility
To get a parking sticker for an equipment vehicle, also called 1133 sticker, you must:
Have an equipment vehicle weighing ≤ 3000kg (3 tons)
Be the primary driver of the vehicle
Live in Saint-Léonard
Maximum of one sticker per address
Cost
- $125/year valid from September 30 of the current year until September 30 of the following year.
- The cost is the same, no matter when you buy the sticker.

If the certificate is not in your name, also include the insurance contract’s declarations page that names you as the primary driver.
If you are leasing your vehicle, also attach the lease agreement, which must be in your name.

If you drive a company vehicle, also include the following documents
Insurance certificate
Letter from your employer (on letterhead), designating you as the primary driver and indicating the make, model and year of the vehicle and your address.
Proof of residence
Please provide one of the following documents, dated within the past 3 months and showing your name and address:
School tax or city tax bill
Utility bill (Hydro-Québec, gas, telecommunication company: Bell, Vidéotron, Rogers, etc.)
Invoice from a school
Monthly statement from a credit or financial institution
Valid driver’s license
Leases are not accepted as proof of residence.
Proof of identity
Please provide one of the following documents:
Québec health insurance (RAMQ) card
Valid driver’s license
If you are an entrepreneur who owns the vehicle
- Copy of your Registre des entreprises du Québec (REQ) file, proving that you are the owner of the vehicle, the sole shareholder and sole member of the board of directors
