In the last few years, Verdun has helped residents organize a few haunted alleyways on Halloween evening. The alleyways are decorated, and neighbours do their part to create the creepy atmosphere. Children and parents are then invited to spend Halloween in the alleyway and discover fabulous haunted paths.

Services provided by the borough to the registered alleyways: 

  • Alleyway occupancy permit issued.
  • Barricades erected to block certain points of access to the alleyway.

Registration period : before October 16.

Selected alleys will be contacted by e-mail or telephone, in mid-October.
