View the water consumption of a business

Do you want to access your organization’s drinking water consumption data? If your building has a water meter installed by the city, here’s how.

New online service

To use this service, the city must have installed a water meter on each water connection in your building. A letter containing a user number and a unique access code is then mailed to you.

Create an organization profile

Connect a water meter account to an organization profile 

  • Log in to your organization’s account 
  • Confirm information for the user and organization 
  • Enter the account number and access code you received in the mail 

Accessing water consumption data

  • Log in to your organization’s account 
  • Click on “Demandes” (Service Requests) 
  • Click on “Environnement” (Environment) 
  • On the “Autres ressources” (Other Resources) tab, you’ll find your water meter account

View your water consumption

Make sure you have your account numbers and access code if you have not yet linked your water meter to your organization profile.
