Create an organizational profile

Would you like to create online applications on behalf of a company, organization or association? Add an organization profile to your account on montreal.ca to benefit from all our services.

Join an organization

Has your colleague already created a profile for your organization? Ask her to send you an invitation.

You will receive an e-mail with the steps to take in order to add the organization to your account.

Several people can be associated with the same organization.

Create an organization

Couldn’t find your organization on montreal.ca? To create an organization profile, follow the steps below.

1. Complete your personal profile

You must have an account on montreal.ca.

Be sure that you have entered the following information in your personal profile: 

  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Telephone number

2. Create the organization’s profile

You must enter the following information in the organization’s profile:

  • Type of organization
  • Organization’s primary address

3. Complete the organization’s profile (optional)

Enter information that is unique to your organization to enhance the profile’s security and ensure that only authorized persons can access it.

You can provide one or more of the following details:

  • Québec Enterprise Number (NEQ)
  • Business number recorded with the Registre des Entreprises du Québec (REQ)
  • PST and QST numbers
  • Canada Business Number (BN)
  • Régie du bâtiment du Québec license number (RBQ)

This information will be automatically entered when you create new applications.

4. Add members

Invite your colleagues to join the organization. You can assign them different levels of access. These people can create new applications or monitor applications that are submitted on behalf of the organization.
