  • Sainte-Catherine Ouest Project

    Recognized as one of the world’s most dynamic shopping streets, Rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest is undergoing a transformation. Learn about the three phases of this major urban revitalization project.

  • Social and community housing

    Social and community housing is developed by cooperatives, non-profit organizations and the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal. It is subsidized by the city’s community housing program and that of the Québec government.

  • Strategic planning areas

    La Ville capitalise sur la planification et la transformation de secteurs stratégiques de son territoire.

  • The Griffintown project

    Demographic growth, major real estate projects, infrastructure and design work have been transforming the face of Griffintown over the past several years.
