As public bodies, the city and its boroughs are subject to the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (R.S.Q., chapter A-2.1).

You can request access to any document in borough or city files except for those that involve the protection of personal information and other documents that are considered exceptions under the Act.

Documents submitted in response to access requests received by the city are available on the open data portal (in French).
