311 Montréal: a new app for interacting with the borough

Saint-Laurent residents can now use the new “311 Montréal” app free of charge to communicate with the borough and the City.

This winter, follow snow removal operations, receive notifications to move your car at the right time, and find free incentive parking during operations.

You can also submit requests for action, including to report:

  • A snow removal issues
  • Cleanliness issues
  • Damaged street furniture
  • Collection issues (garbage, recycling)
  • And more!
