Pay your commercial development corporation contribution

Are you a member of a commercial development corporation (SDC)? You must pay your annual contribution to be able to vote during assemblies. Find out how.

Billing

Montréal bills, collects and transfers annual contributions.

Bills are sent at the beginning of the year to occupants running a business on January 1. If business operations end during the year, no reimbursement is possible.

If a business joins an SDC after January 1, no contribution is payable for that year. Payment will be required beginning in the following year.

Payments

If the contribution is less than $300, the occupant on January 1 must make a single payment.

If the contribution is $300 or more, the contribution can be made in 2 payments.
