Pay your water bill

Did you recently receive a water bill for one or more non-residential buildings that you own? Find out how to pay your water bill.

Water billing

Buildings that are intended for non-residential use, whether in whole or in part, pay a fee based on their water usage. Water bills are sent out during the year for the previous year’s water usage.

Payment

You can pay bills of less than $300 in one instalment. For higher amounts, payment can be made in 2 instalments. Due dates are shown on the invoice.

Fees may apply in the following cases:

  • Returned cheques (insufficient funds in the account)
  • Requests to cancel cheques that have already been sent out
  • Issuance of refund cheques for payments exceeding the invoice amount
