The square features a maritime setting right next to the bike path, at the foot of downtown, and offers an inviting green space in the Pointe-Saint-Charles neighborhood.  

Three beach volleyball courts available  

Individuals and organizations with a reservation permit have priority access to the courts.  

The courts are equipped with nets only; participants must bring their own balls and lines. No additional equipment will be provided.

Operating mode in 2024  

Time slots will be dedicated to rentals. For a fee, players ages 16 and over will be able to book an eight-week volleyball session in the spring, summer and fall. 

Beginning March 6, please complete the form to make a reservation.  

If there is more demand than availability, a random draw will be held.  

Please note that there are no cancellations or reimbursements in the event of bad weather or absence. 

Residents will receive confirmation or refusal of their summer rental application at the end of April. It is not necessary to send an e-mail to request a follow-up.

Rental hours for courts 1 and 2  

• Mondays: 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.  
• Tuesdays: 6 to 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 to 9 p.m.  
• Wednesdays: 6 to 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 to 9 p.m.  
• Saturdays: 9-10:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.  
• Sundays: 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.  

Rental cost per 8-week session

• 240 for Montréal residents    
• 280 for non-residents of Montréal

Session periods  

• Spring: May 13 to July 7, 2024, registration deadline is April 14, 2024  
• Summer: July 8 to September 1, 2024  
• Fall: September 12 to October 27, 2024
