A fieldstone building constructed in 1861, Vieille-Brasserie-Dawes was one of the Dawes Breweries facilities.

The building also has a hall on the ground floor, situated in the complexe culturel Guy-Descary with L’Entrepôt, maison de la culture de Lachine and the maison du Brasseur.
