A fieldstone building constructed in 1861, the Vieille-Brasserie-Dawes was one of the Dawes Breweries facilities. Today, this reception hall, with its pretty patio overlooking lac Saint-Louis, is a very popular place for holding weddings as well as social and corporate events. The building also has a hall on the ground floor.

Capacity: The 2-storey building can accommodate up to 110 people.

• Main hall on the upper floor: 63’ x 30’, including a bar. Access to a 42’ x 21’ patio.
• Two halls on the ground floor: 30’ x 30’ and 31’ x 29’

• The entire building: 14 (60”) round tables seating 8 people, 6 (6’) rectangular tables, 6 (5’) rectangular tables, 93 chairs (upper floor) and 44 chairs (ground floor).

When you rent La Vieille brasserie, all the halls are included. You may choose your own caterer. The liquor licence is not included in the rental.

The halls of the maison du Brasseur overlook an incredible view of the magnificent lac Saint-Louis. These facilities are an ideal place for your meetings, events and conferences. These halls connect to the hall at L’Entrepôt, maison de la culture de Lachine if you need to accommodate more people than maison du Brasseur’s maximum capacity.

Located in a 19th century building, L’Entrepôt, maison de la culture de Lachine offers a warm, intimate atmosphere, in addition to high-quality sound and stage facilities. This hall is also an ideal place for holding meetings, galas and seminars, as it connects to the halls at the maison du Brasseur.
