Register as a city supplier

Are you a company, organization or individual who wants to do business with the city? Register as a supplier in our supplier portal. You can then be invited to submit bids for negotiated contracts, public calls for bids, or invitations to bid.

Submit your application

To register as a supplier, you must apply online. Allow a few days for your registration to be confirmed. You will receive confirmation by e-mail.

Create or sign in to your account on Montréal.ca.

Create or select your organization profile on Montréal.ca.

Complete the application form on the supplier portal.

You may need to re-enter certain details on Montréal.ca, such as your personal and/or company information.

Be sure to use the same e-mail address for all steps and prepare the following documents:

  • Void cheque
  • Invoice template
  • Tax numbers (for Canadian companies)
  • NEQ (for Québec companies)
  • SIN (for self-employed workers)
  • Status statement (for artists)

Edit your account

As long as your application has not been submitted, you can repeat all 3 steps again to complete or edit your information. If you registered as a supplier before June 16, 2025 and want to make changes to your account, you must refer to your supplier file.
