On Quebec’s Fête Nationale and on Canada Day, Montréal will close certain facilities and modify the schedules of some services.

Here is the list of city services and facilities that will be open or closed for Saint-Jean-Baptiste day and Canada Day.

Collections of household waste, bulky items, recyclable materials, food waste, green waste and dead leaves will take place across the city.

Only appearances by detained persons will take place as usual at the 775 Rue Gosford building.

Open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cultural and sports facilities have variable schedules depending on the borough. Check the facility’s schedule before you go.

The Biodome, the Biosphère, the Botanical Gardens, the Insectarium and the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium are open. Plan your visit by consulting the Espace pour la vie website.

On-line services are available at all times to submit your on-line requests.

Requests sent by email will be processed beginning June 27 and July 4.
