File a complaint

Before filing a complaint, make sure you know the full address of the cat or dog owner as well as the times at which the disturbance occurs, if applicable. We need this information to contact the owner. 

You’ll need to provide your name, address, and phone number so the city can follow up with you. Your personal information will be kept confidential.
