  • Fill out the form and send it by email, or go to the Bureau Accès Montréal with your filled-out form.
  • Pay the fee once your application has been approved by our team

Conditions

  • Only one request per year is permitted
  • The person designated on the commemorative plaque must:
    • Be a natural person (not a company)
    • Be considered worthy of recognition by our team
    • Live or have lived in Pierrefonds-Roxboro

*Fees include: fabrication, delivery and installation of the bench, pouring of the concrete base, fabrication and installation of commemorative plaque, lettering, site maintenance.

Specifics

  • The bench is to be installed on public land in Pierrefonds-Roxboro. The location can be discussed with you; however, we make the final decision.
  • Installation may take up to four months
  • We choose the bench model
  • We agree to maintain the bench and plaque for ten years
  • Replacement of the plaque, if necessary, is at your expense

Required documents

You must provide the text of the commemorative plaque. It must contain a maximum of 20 words, in French and English.
