Description
Proud of the new look of its teen zone, the Cartierville library is ready to welcome its teenage customers in a more user-friendly way since its participation in the Biblio.tests project of the Bureau de design de Montréal. The redesign of the library has also improved the user experience and the overall ambience of the space.
The Cartierville library provides a multi-purpose room to community and cultural stakeholders in the neighbourhood. It is intended to be a place that brings the community together, breaking isolation and fostering integration and development of everyone.
Discover
Colorful and always relevant, the library's thematic exhibitions offer titles that will seduce, inform, provoke thought or entertain. At Cartierville, we're always striving to help you discover new authors.
Have you ever come across the Biblio-mobile? Behind the wheel of the van, its team criss-crosses the Ahuntsic-Cartierville territory to meet citizens.
In summer, our action multiplies thanks to good weather and our Festival Je lis, conte et raconte, for children aged 0 to 12 and their parents. During the festival, busy animators lead reading sessions for families in various parks around the borough.
