Report a problem related to snow removal or de-icing

Have you noticed a street or sidewalk segment only partially cleared of snow or ice in Montréal? Have you found a bicycle path to be slippery? Is there a discrepancy between the schedule posted on an orange sign and that shown on the snow removal map? Let us know.

Snow removal issue or signage error

Tell us about the location of a street or a sidewalk not properly cleared, or about a signage error during a snow removal operation. For example, you can notify us if:

  • the orange signs were posted without sufficient time before snow clearing
  • signs have not been removed after a completed clearing operation
  • your driveway entrance is blocked
  • snow remains on a street, sidewalk or bicycle path.

If all snow is not cleared from the street at the scheduled end time, the no parking period will remain in effect until the work has been completed.

Online

For snow removal issues, the online service is not available for Île-Bizard–Sainte-Geneviève.
