Repairs are done in the spring.

Application eligibility

  • Lawn, hedge and landscaping: must be located within 45 cm of and level with the inside edge of the sidewalk.
  • Fence: must be located more than 45 cm from the inside edge of the sidewalk.

Major damage

In the case of major damage, you must make a claim within 15 days of the event.
