In some Montréal boroughs, thanks to the Accès Loisirs program, you can register free of charge for arts and sports activities if you are in a low-income situation. Learn how.

Activities for every age and lifestyle
Aquafitness, swimming, drawing and painting classes, yoga, dance, fitness, badminton, soccer, basketball, Zumba, Pilates, gymnastics, martial arts, ball field hockey, golf, bootcamp, table tennis are all examples of activities that can be offered depending on the boroughs and the session schedules.
Movie and museum passes may also be available.

Availability depends on the number of seats offered by partner organizations. The activities offered are those in the area and neighbourhood centres.

- Proof of annual income: Notice of assessment, claim booklet or provincial tax return showing line 199.
- Proof of Montréal address. You can present your proof of identity and of residence card for a person without legal status or awaiting legal status (the “Accès Sans Peur” card), if you have one.
