Do you enjoy cross-country skiing, or would you like to give it a try? Our nature parks and other municipal parks offer ski trails for all experience levels.

Montréal’s network of large parks offers some 100 kilometres of cross-country ski trails (in French), many of which pass through areas of untamed natural beauty. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cross-country skier, you’re sure to find a trail suited to your skill level.

During the winter season, check snow conditions to make sure the trails are open before you head out. This will also allow you to adapt your gear to conditions by using the proper ski wax.
