Get a daily or monthly parking sticker
Visiting someone who lives in Montréal? Working in an area where parking is difficult? Some boroughs offer one-day or one-month stickers for parking on streets reserved for residents.
Daily and/or monthly parking stickers are available in these boroughs:
- One-day stickers: Lachine, LaSalle, Le Plateau-Mont-Royal and Outremont
- One-month stickers: Le Plateau-Mont-Royal, Le Sud-Ouest, L’Île-Bizard-Sainte-Geneviève and Outremont

You can get a sticker for one-day parking in all the borough’s on-street sticker zones.
Cost: $5.75 (taxes included)
The sticker is valid until 11:59 p.m. You can buy several stickers in advance.
Attach several stickers to your rear-view mirror and scratch off each of the dates on which your vehicle will be parked.

Daily sticker
Do you live in an SRRR (residents-only parking) zone? Get a one-day sticker for your or your guest’s vehicle.
Cost: $2 (taxes included)
The sticker is valid until 11:59 p.m. in the chosen sector. You can buy a sticker in advance, but you need to know the date on which it will be used. There is no limit to the number of stickers purchased per day or per resident.

Daily permit
Get a permit to park for 24 hours in a residents-only zone.
Use the same payment stations as for Montréal’s parking meters. Enter the code corresponding to the zone where you wish to park:
- PMR01: All sticker zones in the borough. Cost: $14
- PMR02: Only zones east of Rue Saint-Denis (and excluding Rue Saint-Denis itself). Cost: $8
To locate the zones, visit our interactive map and click on Circulation et stationnement (Traffic and parking), then check the box beside Zone permis journalier (daily permit zones). To find the nearest payment station, check Borne de paiement (payment station).
Despite the directions that appear on the permit, you must leave the parking coupon in plain view on the dashboard of your vehicle, on the street side.
This sticker does not give access to paid on-street (parking meter) spaces.
The P$ Service Mobile app is used to pay for meter spaces but cannot be used to purchase a daily sticker.

Daily scratch-off stickers are no longer accepted. Do you have stickers that are valid until December 31, 2024 or 2026? Visit the Accès Montréal office to get a refund.
Monthly sticker
You can get a sticker to park for one month in a residents-only zone. The sticker is valid until the end of the month for which it is purchased.
Cost: $125 (taxes included)
You can buy a sticker in advance. Stickers are neither refundable nor transferable. If you change your vehicle, bring in your old sticker and you can get a new one free of charge.

The sticker is valid until the end of the month for which it is purchased, in the chosen zone. Purchases can be made several months in advance. Stickers are neither refundable nor transferable.

Here are the types of permits and stickers you can get in Outremont:
- A virtual daily parking permit for visitors (available to residents only)
- A daily sticker
- a monthly sticker
You can get permission to park in residents-only Zone 1.
Buying a sticker is worthwhile if you park:
- More than two hours in a row in a single day (daily sticker)
- More than two hours in a row, several days a week, several weeks a month (monthly sticker)
If you don’t have a sticker or virtual permit, you can still park free of charge in certain zones for 2 hours at a time, and sometimes longer at night or on Saturdays and Sundays. Be sure to check signage once you are on site.
Virtual daily parking permit for visitors
Are you a borough resident who is entertaining a guest? Get a free virtual parking permit using our Web portal (in French). Your guest will be able to park free of charge in “2-hour maximum” zones without having to obey this time limit.
Virtual permits are valid until 11:59 p.m. Request up to 50 free permits per year (renewable on January 1). If you need more than this number, you’ll need to get daily stickers.
Access codes
To use the Web portal, you need an access code. Send us proof of residence by e-mail or drop by the Accès Montréal office with your document. Lost your access code? Contact us.
Proof of residence
Please attach two of the following proofs of residence dated within the past 3 months and showing your address:
- Valid driver’s license
- Utility bill (Hydro-Québec, gas, telecommunication company such as Bell, Vidéotron or other)
- Monthly statement from a credit or financial institution
- Invoice from an educational institution
Daily sticker
You may purchase a sticker to park for 1 day in all of the borough’s parking zones. This sticker is valid until 11:59 p.m. You can buy several stickers in advance.

Monthly sticker
Get a sticker to park for a month in zone 1. The sticker is valid for the entire month for which it is purchased.
It is possible to buy a sticker in advance and buy a sticker that is valid for several months. In some cases, you can also purchase a semi-annual sticker, which is valid for six months.
Rates
The rate is $187.20 per month.
A discounted rate is offered to people who work in Outremont. This rate varies depending on where you work and your vehicle type.
- Early childhood centre or daycare centre located in Outremont: Between $4.78 and $6.34 per month
- Public school managed by the Centre de services scolaire Marguerite Bourgeoys: Between $8.94 and $12.69 per month
- Business or store located in Outremont: Between $24.96 and $36.40 per month
People with reduced mobility get the same rate as those who drive an electric vehicle.

To get a virtual visitor permit, log in to the portal with your access code and enter your guest’s license plate number. Are you expecting multiple visitors on the same day? Repeat the procedure for each car.
The Web portal does not offer daily or monthly stickers.
