Anyone wishing to attend the meeting must come to the Borough Council room by 6:15 p.m.
Anyone wishing to ask a question to Council members must register between 6:15 and 6:45 p.m. at the table provided for this purpose. If a question is asked online, it cannot be asked in person. The questions should be submitted only once.
Questions may be submitted until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting. Question will be read out by the Borough Mayor or the Borough Secretary.

Borough council meets on the first Monday of every month. The meetings are held at the Maison de la culture du Plateau-Mont-Royal at 7 p.m., except in June and July, when they are held at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec.

Question period, at the beginning of each ordinary council meeting, allows citizens in attendance to ask elected officials questions of general interest related to the borough or city administration. They can also submit petitions or requests on subjects of interest to them. Priority during question period is given to parents attending with young children and people with reduced mobility.
