Composed of elected officials and residents of Saint-Laurent, the Advisory Committee on Planning has a mandate to study and make recommendations on requests relating to development and town planning.

Permit application

The permit counter is located at the Mairie de Saint-Laurent, 777, boulevard Marcel-Laurin. It is possible to submit an application for a permit or certificate of authorization in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 to 4:30 p.m.

Residents and professionals are invited to use the online tools to prepare their application. Before undertaking a project, it is recommended that you find out about the steps to follow and consult Assistant-permis, which contains information sheets and forms to fill out.

Sessions in 2026

Sessions are open to the public and held in person in the Council room, beginning at 7:30 p.m. These dates are subject to change.
