Jeux de Montréal: A first sports competition
The 48th edition of the Montreal Games will be held from 8 to 12 April 2025. The largest sporting competition for young people aged 6 to 12, the event will bring together some 10,000 athletes for the qualifiers and 3,000 of them for the finals.
Founded in 1978, Jeux de Montréal are a legacy of the 1976 Montréal Olympic Games. Since then, they have provided a golden opportunity for young people to gain their first experience in sports competition in Montréal’s top-level facilities. This year, 26 sports will be featured.

Entertainment
As well as watching the competitions, the public will be able to enjoy three fan zones packed with free activities. Families will be able to experience the excitement of the Jeux de Montréal, try out a number of sports and meet top athletes.
