Real estate industry players are invited to envision a mixed-use, zero-carbon, sustainable and resilient project that focus on the theme of “Proximity Neighbourhoods.”

Form multidisciplinary teams to devise and design ambitious projects on this 45,000-square-metre plot. The objective of the call for projects is to sell the land to the winner to carry out their project.
