ÉMMIS provides tailored support to citizens facing non-urgent conflicts related to sharing public spaces, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The service is delivered by professionals from the community organization Équijustice, who travel to defuse tensions, guide individuals toward appropriate resources, carry out prevention and awareness activities, and offer occasional support to people in vulnerable situations.
