With Jolaine

This winter, the Vieux-Saint-Laurent Library is offering a book club… with recipe books ! The club meetings combine the discovery of the unique flavours of Quebec and the practice of French in a group.

The activity will offer newcomers and adults in francization the opportunity to discover, each month, a little-known ingredient or spice grown or picked in Quebec. The challenge: integrate this ingredient into a recipe and present your trials and discoveries in a group at the next session.
