As part of Black History Month: Storytelling and tasting
Description
If you planted the seeds from just one papaya, you’d have a papaya garden, there are so many seeds in a single one. […] So how come they don’t grow in Quebec? Is it simply that no one has ever tried? Ngabo, a young Quebecer of African descent, who used to eat them before coming to Quebec, tries to plant papayas there. He manages, with some difficulty, with the help of his friend “Starry-Eyes,” who is none other than a little cat.
Follow their adventure until they let us taste papaya in an exotic fruit salad. A taste of the most tender fruit ever experienced.
