Carry out a self-completed condominium inspection
Have you received a request to conduct a self-completed inspection questionnaire for your condominium? Find out everything that you need to know.
Under the Act respecting municipal taxation, the city’s Direction de l’évaluation foncière must ensure the accuracy of data for all buildings located within Montréal city limits for a period of 9 years.
The standards of practice of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec allow for verifying the accuracy of information concerning a building’s physical description through a declaration by the owner or occupant using technological means such as an online form.
If your building is affected by this procedure, you will receive a letter in the mail.
The form is currently being updated. In light of this situation, form may be submitted until November 1, 2026, even if the deadline indicated in your letter has passed. We are making every effort to restore access to the form as quickly as possible. Thank you for understanding.
