Almost a century of concerts

Upon his death, attorney Charles S. Campbell chose to leave a very generous legacy fund to support free concerts for the public in outdoor venues.

When the Campbell Concerts began in 1924, they featured brass bands like the Fusiliers Mont-Royal and the Black Watch Association Band. Over the years, the series expanded to reflect the tastes of Montréal audiences. Today, you can still enjoy contemporary brass ensembles and classical music as well as pop, jazz and many other modern styles.

The Campbell Concerts are made possible through the support of the Charles S. Campbell Estate.
