The Service de l’expérience citoyenne et des communications (resident experience and communications department) improves residents’ experiences with the city and produces strong communications tools to support municipal orientations.

Mission

The mission of the Service de l’expérience citoyenne et des communications is to create a fluid and simple resident experience by creating intelligible, understandable and logical ties between city actions and the population. As the city’s standards bearer, it promotes Montréal as the inspiring, attractive and welcoming city that it is.
