Question period:

A question period is reserved for residents at each meeting.

Residents interested in submitting questions must go to the council room on the evening of the meeting, between 6:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m., and register at the reception desk by providing their name, address, telephone number and, if possible, their e-mail address.

The mayor will answer no more than three (3) questions on the same subject.

The mayor or her replacement will invite each person registered to ask their question or submit their request, based on the order established via a random draw and alternating between a man and a woman. Each person can ask a maximum of two (2) questions.

People with children and people using adapted transport will be given priority, regardless of the order established via the random draw.
