● This situation can occur at different times and is normally of short duration.

● Turn on your cold water tap. At home, it is advisable to use the bath tub tap if you have one, otherwise use the kitchen sink tap. If your property (a business, for example) has neither, use the one you have available. 
● If your tap is equipped with an aerator, unscrew the nozzle to remove it. 
● Let the cold water run for a few minutes until it becomes clear again. Your tap water can then be consumed.
● Make sure that your water is clear before doing any laundry or using any other appliance that uses water.
