Last updated October 28, 2025
Reading time: 2 min

New pipes are currently added under Boulevard de Pierrefonds and Boulevard Jacques-Bizard in order to secure the area’s drinking water supply. This project is the continuation of the construction work carried out on Boulevard de Pierrefonds between Rue Riva-Bella and Rue Sainte-Anne in 2021 and 2022

This project aims to secure the drinking water supply in Dollard-des-Ormeaux and L’île-Bizard.

The replacement of valves in the water distribution system will also improve the reliability of drinking water management in Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough.

Access will be maintained at all times in most cases. To minimize traffic impacts, major intersections may be closed on some weekends, and excavation work will be kept to a minimum.
