Lachine's Standing Committees

To help achieve the objectives of the 2023-2028 strategic plan, four standing committees were created in 2023.

These four committees are composed of the Mayor, the Borough Manager, a Director and his or her division heads, and are chaired by the following elected officials:

  • Ecological transition and mobility: Younes Boukala
  • Land use development and enhancement: Micheline Rouleau
  • Local services: Vicki Grondin
  • Active living, inclusion and culture: Michèle Flannery

Twice a year, these standing committees present a progress report at a Council meeting.
