Developed in keeping with Ville de Montréal’s Transportation Plan, this LaSalle plan will guide the Borough over the coming years in order to provide residents, students and workers with a pleasant, safe, attractive and prosperous living environment. This reference tool will steer the Administration’s mobility and transportation decisions and actions for the years to come.

Perfectly reflecting the Borough’s will to ensure safe sharing of the public roads in harmony, within a spirit of respect among the various types of users, the Local Development Plan establishes a vision of mobility over a 20-year horizon and will be reviewed and adapted every five years.
