Diversified responsibilities

On any given day, you could be filing books, repairing documents, advising people on their research, or running a workshop for young people or adults. You make a bigger difference when you work with a larger population.

Favourable working conditions

The starting hourly wage is $20.11, with annual increases to a maximum of $27.48. You can work full-or part-time. A 10% bonus is paid for evening and weekend shifts. 

Position requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Six months customer service experience

Libraries are warm, connected, inclusive places for socializing. There’s plenty of room for reading, but also for fun with collections of toys, video games and board games. Technology is also present in our maker spaces. These exploration and learning locations encourage creativity with 3D printers, audiovisual equipment and programming software.
