The Borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro is pleased to reveal its Master plan of planning and development of parks and water front areas for the years 2020-2035.

A Master Plan, why?

This plan is the result of a concerted effort by the Borough’s departments to plan future development and improvements in the parks and shorelines of our territory. It reflects the current state of the parks and infrastructures, the current trends and the needs of citizens and local organizations, and results in suggested interventions for each park and water front. It will also be used to develop the future offer and programming of activities in the parks and near the waterfront.

This document is designed taking into account various data, notably the inventory of facilities and equipment (including an evaluation of their condition), as well as the socio-demographic profile of the populations of the three major sectors that make up the borough.

In an effort to make this document, which contains nearly 300 pages, more accessible, a summary document has been produced, that you can read below.
