Just send a message on Tuesday April 7 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to the following address: saint-laurent@ville.montreal.qc.ca, including name, address and telephone number. It is also important to mention in the subject line of your email: Question for the April Council meeting. To receive an answer to your question by email, it is important to leave a valid email address.
