This summer, a thousand and one experiences await you in Montréal. Pedestrian streets and street performers, shows of every kind, art trails, festivals and outdoor activities: a rich program will be offered all around the city.

Outdoor shows

Concerts, music, dance… Our program of free shows will have something for everyone. Discover the new Théâtre de Verdure, located in La Fontaine Park, and attend performances presented throughout the city’s parks and public spaces by Théâtre de la Roulotte and the Campbell Concerts.

Pedestrian streets and lively public spaces

Visit one or more of our 10 pedestrian streets, enjoy their artistic performances, and discover the local businesses. Several inviting public spaces will be set up; discover each one’s unique decor and novel activities.

Art trails and self-guided tours

Several guided tours have been set up to allow you to get out and about, unearth the works of art that beautify your neighbourhoods, and learn more about Montréal’s rich history. Rediscover your city through creative, refreshing, active historical tours.

Outdoor activities in the parks

Visit the nature parks and large parks where many free activities are offered: Saturdays at the beach, the fishing caravan, the kite festival, kayaking at sunset, meditative hikes in the forest, yoga, movie nights and more. Shuttle buses provide free transportation from downtown to selected nature parks.
