Ciseaux - Pleurer Dans' Douche
Actresses Geneviève Labelle and Mélodie Noël Rousseau explore Montréal’s queer history from a feminist perspective.
Description
Ciseaux revives Montréal’s queer history from a feminist perspective through drag acts, documentary materials and speeches from queer public figures such as Manon Massé, Safia Nolin, Judith Lussier and Monique Giroux.
With humor, the show highlights queer women who are underrepresented in the history books and mainstream media.
