A Gem of an Idea, with CBC Montreal.

An in-person interactive workshop to learn about what journalists look for in a good story, as well as get tips and insight on how to pitch yours. You will also get an insider look at how CBC creates audio, video and written stories. The workshop is ideal for community organizations and members who would like to learn how to share their story with the media.

With CBC guest speakers Jennifer Yoon (TV and radio journalist), Colin Harris (Digital web editor), and Craig Desson (Creator Network producer).
