Description

As part of the A Gem of an Idea project with CBC Montreal 

Experiment with different recipes at home using the spice of the month and discuss them at the club meeting. It’s an opportunity to discover new things and share your cooking tips with others. 

This month, we are baking with Cardamom. A spice used in Finnish and Swedish cooking.
