“We are the storytellers of our era,” Dany Laferrière explained. 

Whether we are writing professionals, informed amateurs or simple neophytes, writing allows us to express ourselves, to remember, and to draw from our imaginations the pieces that are missing from our reality and testify to what we are living and what we have lived. 

During these writing workshops, the participants will be guided, through specific exercises and using tools presented by the facilitator, to scan their memories for words and recollections, and pique their curiosity for language and vocabulary to create a text that will be shared with the other participants if they wish.
