Are you the owner or tenant of a non-residential building located within a commercial development corporation area? You must let us know about any change of occupancy.
Please let us know if you find yourself in one of the following situations:
- The occupant of the establishment changes.
- The premises are vacant.
- A new occupant moves in.
Commercial development corporation dues
Dues are charged to the business establishment that occupies the premises each January 1.
Dues are non-reimbursable once occupancy or commercial activity ends, or if the occupant changes mid-year.
Businesses that move in after January 1 have no dues to pay for the current year. Their dues will be charged the following year.
