Check property sales in your area
Do you own a residential building with 5 dwellings or fewer and want to know the sale prices of buildings in your area? Find out how.
Viewing property sales allows you to get a portrait of the market for buildings of the same category that are located in the same area as yours. The year 2024 is the reference year that was used to prepare the 2026-2027-2028 assessment rolls. Sales that are displayed are those that occurred in the reference year.
This data will allow you to compare transactions for buildings in your area. They may or may not be comparable to your property. They are presented for references purposes only and are not intended to replace the analytical work of a chartered appraiser.
