Description
One of Montréal’s major sports facilities, the Centre Gadbois works with around 15 sports associations and clubs in Le Sud-Ouest that offer Montrealers a wide range of sports and leisure activities, from introductory lessons to high-level competition.
The Centre Gadbois also hosts major tournaments and events.
Montrealers can rent sports courts and fields (badminton, basketball, soccer, volleyball), rooms (meetings, training, events), and can borrow sports equipment (badminton rackets, shuttlecocks, balls, etc.). For availability and rates, call 514-872-2786 or e-mail [email protected]
The Centre Gadbois and Parc Gadbois are named after Dr. Joseph-Pierre Gadbois, a tireless promoter of physical activity and sports, and director of playgrounds for the city from 1914 to 1930.
