The TNRM Program helps to reduce the overpopulation of street cats, improve their well-being, reduce euthanization and prevent rabies. To participate, you must apply for a permit at the Accès Montréal office in your borough, and once you receive your permit, you must register with Proanima.

Permits are free of charge and valid for one year. Some conditions apply.
